End-of-year retreat in Font-Romeu

Wrap up the year with the whole team, review it and celebrate your successes: Font-Romeu, at 1,650 m in the Pyrénées-Orientales, is perfect for an end-of-year retreat or a company party over two or three days. Chalet Quiétude is rented as a whole, with no other guests: work room, large table, hot tub and bedrooms all under one roof.

When to go in December?

• Early December, on weekdays: the resort is quiet and the ski area is scheduled to open on 4 December 2026 (subject to snow conditions). First runs possible between two workshops.
• Before 19 December: the Christmas holidays start on Saturday 19 December 2026 in all zones. The weeks before are the easiest to book for a group.
• In January: a new-year kick-off retreat or a New Year's reception once the festive season is over, from 4 January 2027.

A sample 2-day programme

1. Day 1, morning: arrival, annual review in the 72 m² living area (100-inch TV for presentations, 495 Mbit/s fibre).
2. Day 1, afternoon: biathlon introduction, snowshoeing or first ski runs depending on snow conditions.
3. Day 1, evening: hot tub facing the mountains, then the end-of-year dinner around the table for 18, prepared in the professional kitchen or delivered by a caterer.
4. Day 2: workshops on next year's goals, lunch and departure.

The company party at the chalet

• Professional kitchen: range cooker, 2 dishwashers, 5.60 m worktop, for a private chef or a caterer
• Pool table, table football, darts, 130-inch home cinema
• Everyone sleeps on site: 4 suites and a 7-bed dormitory, so nobody has to drive after the party

Font-Romeu is about 1 h 30 from Perpignan, 2 h 20 from Barcelona and 2 h 45 from Toulouse (details on the retreat in the Pyrenees page).
