Taster sessions are run by Biathlon Inside, led by Myrtille Bègue, IBU biathlon world champion. Open to everyone, no experience needed: safety briefing, shooting position, breath control, then team challenges.

Aristide went to school and sixth form at Font-Romeu's sports academy, then spent 6 years in the French national biathlon team before becoming an ESF instructor and coach at the resort's club and sports academy. He can advise you on trails, facilities and the best time to visit. Myrtille Bègue, world champion, leads the Biathlon Inside taster sessions.
Biathlon retreat: team building to remember
Biathlon combines physical effort and focus: perfect for bringing a team together. A sample itinerary: arrive at the chalet, hold a workshop in the 72 m² living area, try biathlon in the afternoon, then unwind in the hot tub and dine around the 18-seat table.
