Organising a retreat in Font-Romeu in 6 steps
Our method, drawn from the retreats hosted at the chalet (including teams from Decathlon and Union Matériaux in 2026), for a stay with no bad surprises.
1. Choose the dates
The lowest rates are on weekdays outside school holidays, in spring and autumn: accommodation starts at €300 per night for the whole chalet, i.e. €20 per person for 15. Winter holidays and weekends are in higher demand: book early. Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
2. Set the number of participants
Up to 15 people, Chalet Quiétude alone (4 suites and a 7-bed dormitory). From 16 to 31, Chalet Quiétude with Mont Chalet less than 20 m away, in a single booking (retreat for 16 to 31 people).
3. Plan the journey
By car: about 1 h 30 from Perpignan, 2 h 20 from Barcelona, 2 h 45 from Toulouse. By train: Latour-de-Carol (TER from Toulouse, night train from Paris, R3 from Barcelona) or Font-Romeu on the Yellow Train line. Self check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am. 4. Set up the room
The 72 m² living area serves as the plenary room: table for 18, 100-inch TV, 495 Mbps fibre for video calls, and a separate workspace for phone calls.
5. Plan the meals
The professional kitchen (range cooker, 2 dishwashers, 5.60 m worktop) lets you cook for 15. For shopping: Intermarché in Bolquère, 10 minutes away, and KV Pâtisserie bakery in Font-Romeu. For a restaurant dinner: La Chaumière (Bib Gourmand) or Table des Saveurs, to be booked (see our addresses).
6. Choose the activity

When should we book a retreat in Font-Romeu?
As early as possible for winter holidays and weekends, the busiest periods. On weekdays outside holidays there is more availability: check your dates on Airbnb.
